  • Birth Moms Support Group - Every 1st and 3rd Tuesday at 6:30 PM ET/ 3:30 PM PT and Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday: Time Varies - Mental health challenges during pregnancy are difficult and often unexpected. We are often told that pregnancy should be one of the happiest times of our life; however, pregnancy can be very challenging. In this group, we often discuss the physical challenges of pregnancy, unwanted or unplanned pregnancies, anxiety about childbirth or postpartum, and complicated emotions around pregnancy. Our online group helps you connect with others, talk about your experience, and learn about helpful tools and resources. This group is for pregnant people only.
